"Checkout felt really secure"
The checkout was really smooth. I noticed the little security lock in the payment step, which made me feel better, and the confirmation email came through almost immediately. I always watch for that kind of stuff, so it was nice that everything felt clear and safe

"I ordered this after reading through the product..."
I ordered this after reading through the product details on thisisthelast.com, it was pretty much what I expected. The size, color, and material all matched the description well, so there weren’t any big surprises when it showed up.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the photos made it look just a tiny bit different in person, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it, and the description felt fair and honest 🙂

"It got sorted in the end"
Had a bit of an issue with my order, not really sure what happened there, but I reached out to support and they got it fixed after a few emails back and forth. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but at least it’s sorted now.

I don’t know what all the polished product wording is about, because this was not comfortable for me at all. The material felt rough and stiff, and I couldn’t wear it for very long before wanting to take it off.

"Return was actually painless"
I had to return a hoodie because I totally picked the wrong size, which is very on brand for me. The return page was straightforward, and the label showed up in my email quickly, so that part was way less annoying than I expected.
The refund came through a few days after they received the parcel, and I didn’t have to chase anyone, which is always a win. it made me feel a lot better about ordering from them again.

"The fit is a little all over the place"
I’m not totally sure what happened with the sizing, but it feels kind of inconsistent. Like, one piece fits fine and then another feels a bit off, so it made ordering a little confusing. Not terrible, just not as predictable as I was hoping.

"Tracking was alright, just slow"
My order did show up in the end, but... the tracking was a bit confusing. It just kind of sat there without updating for a few days, so I kept checking back like, okay, what’s going on? The package was totally fine when it arrived, I just wish the tracking updates were clearer and a little faster.

I ordered from The Last Line and ended up having to chase my refund for way too long. The replies were slow, and every time I did hear back, it was basically just “please wait.” Like, how is this okay when it’s my money they’re holding onto? Super frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order again if getting a refund is this much of a hassle

"I tried to pay twice and the checkout..."
I tried to pay twice and the checkout page kept freezing on me. It finally went through eventually, but then I didn’t get any clear update, so I was just left wondering what was going on. it ended up wasting enough time that it threw off the plans I had for the evening. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.

"I thought the site looked really clean..."
I thought the site looked really clean, and the design was modern without trying too hard. The layout was simple, which I liked, and the photos made it feel nicer too. A few pages loaded kind of slow for me, which was a little annoying, but overall it was easy to use and nice to look at. I’d give it 4 stars.

I used a promo code and got a solid discount on my order, so I can’t complain too much, right? Checkout was quick and easy, which is always a plus. The only bummer was that a few sale items I liked were already sold out in my size. Still, I’m happy overall and would probably shop again.

"Pricing could be a little more upfront"
The site was easy to use overall, but I do wish the pricing was clearer before getting to checkout. It wasn’t a huge headache or anything, just one of those things where I had to click around a bit to figure out the total cost. Not the worst experience, but it would’ve been nice to see everything laid out sooner.

"Pretty much proved it’s a solid deal"
I had a feeling this was going to be a good buy for the price, and it basically confirmed what I already thought. I didn’t spend much, but the quality turned out better than expected. For what you pay, it feels like a really solid value. I’d definitely buy it again if the price stays around the same

"Cute at first, but didn’t really hold up"
I’ll admit, I really liked how it looked when it first arrived. The style was cute and it seemed like something I’d get a lot of use out of, but to be fair, the quality just wasn’t quite what I was expecting.
The fabric felt a little thinner than I hoped, and after only a couple of wears, I noticed some of the stitching starting to come loose. It’s not the worst purchase I’ve made, but for the price, I thought it would last longer, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Colors were honestly spot on"
I was kind of worried, that the color would look way different in person than it did online, but it ended up being really close to the photos on the site.
In normal daylight, the shade looked almost the same, maybe just a tiny bit deeper, but like, not in a bad way at all. It still matched what I was expecting.
So yeah, 5 stars from me for that. I really hate when something shows up looking totally different, and this one just didn’t do that.
